You Have To Fail To Succeed

This probably sounds crazy to you, but I truly believe that unless you try and fail it will be difficult to be successful. Greatness requires humility. There must be some reference to what failure feels like in order to persistently want to succeed.

No one wants to fail, but you have to give yourself permission to fail in order to learn how to succeed. To be successful in sales you must be in an environment where you are allowed to fail and encouraged to continue to grow. At the same time, you must learn and grow from your failures — No one wants a teammate that fails, only to fail again and again doing the same thing wrong. Turn your losses in to steps you take along your journey to success. It happens to all of us. It has to happen. You won’t win until you learn how to lose.
