		<description>Friend, I left professional (i.e., paid) ministry 19 years ago for the very reason you suggest:  people did not listen to the professional, but they listen to a peer.
Shut up in a church is the WORST place to win people to Christ, and the poorest position from which to preach Jesus to mortal humanity.
