Sunday night thoughts

// August 17th, 2008 // Dave (personal), Living Stone Comm. Church, ministry

Just speaking for myself, this was one of my roughest Sunday’s ever. Nothing seemed to click. Not sure why.

Through it all, the message connected with some. God came through and I am grateful.

More and more people keep coming in the doors. God’s got a plan here and I just hope I can be faithful and obedient in His service.

Worships needs a lot of practice before illuminate ‘08 this Friday :(

The Twitter feed is blowing up lately…a lot of pastors connecting and updating…cool!

Need to spend a little extra time this week solidifying the theme for the last message in the Footsteps series.

Excited about the Q&A during the August 31st services. Got some unexpected questions…the heat is on!

Need to find a place to pick up Craig Groeschel’s book titled IT. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE is raving about it. Craig Groeschel is the man!

My mind is going a million miles a second with input on how the day went, how to improve, and what it all means. Most Sunday nights I find myself just wanting to be left alone. Sundays are much harder than lay people realize.

Taking time to be with wifey and my daughters for one last summer day trip. It’s gonna be fun :)
